He has experience in Operations, marketing, sales, HR and Finance gained from the successful day to day running of several businesses. In his 12 years with Advice4Business Gary has developed a proven track record in supporting business owners to achieve their goals.

As an advisor he has worked with over 135 businesses in 95 different industries and has amassed a vast knowledge base of what makes businesses tick. In addition Gary has practiced what he preaches and has successfully grown his own business and can proudly boast he owns the largest and fastest growing business advice consultancy in Sussex.

Active in the community Gary Chaired the local chamber of commerce for five years  and won numerous awards which with his customary modesty can be found hidden away at the back of his office.

Prior to becoming an adviser Gary was heavily involved with the running of several businesses both as an owner and a board member all at independent business owner level and it was this empathy with the day today pressures of cash flow, managing people and working excessive hours which made becoming a business adviser so appealing.

In addition to the above and with true entrepreneurial foresight Gary has developed a small property portfolio which whilst lacking a golf course does provide him with a long term goal. He has two small children who occupy a majority of his spare time but also enjoys reading and reducing his golf handicap.

In his 38 year career, Glyn has worked with hundreds of businesses from small enterprises to large corporations here in the UK and in Europe, Asia, Australasia and the USA, serving on a number of business boards in both executive and non-executive capacities. Glyn holds an Executive Masters Degree in Business Administration from Ashridge Management College. Married to Wendy for over 36 years, the family home and business is in Tenterden whilst their daughter Lucy is flipping between home and Kuwait as she builds her own business in design and fashion.
