Systems mean efficiency and efficiency means better time management and less workload.  You want your employees to work hard for your business, but you don’t want them to be stressed out because they don’t know where to find things or it is so unorganised, they end up spending hours on the same thing.

The systemise then humanise saying refers to implementation of systems that work for everyone and making them adaptable for human contact and interaction.  You need to remember that a system is implemented to make life easier not more complicated.  It also needs to be implemented for a human and not a machine, hence you will need to expect that there are still going to be errors and there is still going to be a time frame for work to be done.
